CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
Before you leave, we just ask few favors to help us prepare for the next guests.
• Please take all trash and recycle to the trash bin located across from
your building to the left or right of the carports.
• Please collect all used towels. Leave them all on the floor or placed
them in the trash bag.
• Load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle
• Please close and lock all doors and windows
• For Express check out, please contact Front Desk.
• Place room keys (if any) back in the lock box.
RESORT MAP
No daily maid service. Mid-stay maid service is optional for an additional cost and must be booked 48 hours in advance. Room must be vacant during cleaning. Supplies in the room will NOT be replenished.
Since Hawaii has a tropical climate, pests may be present due to the warm, humid weather. We maintain professional services to control any activity.

Your villa has AC sensors. All doors and windows must be kept closed for AC to function and to keep cold air inside. Keep the windows and blinds closed during the time of day when the sun’s rays shine directly through your villa.
Included on your daily resort fee, we offer ON-DEMAND resort-wide shuttle service transports between guest’s villa and to all sites within Kapalua Resort only. Kapalua Shuttle is shared service; guest may be occupying the shuttle with others and the shuttle route to guest destination may not be direct. While golf bags are accepted, guest luggage is not permitted aboard the shuttle. Please allow 15 minutes for shuttle arrival and at least 20 minutes between pick-up and drop-off. Shuttle hours are 7:30am to 9:30pm and are subject to change without notice. Shuttle contact number is 808-665-9999.
- 1. Kapalua Villas is a non-smoking facility. Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoking in the apartments, on the lanais, or other common use areas, will result in a $450.00 cleaning charge to restore the property to smoke free status. The use of candles in the apartment or on the lanai is strictly prohibited. (Fees subject to change without notice).
- Guest shall be personally responsible and liable for any and all resort or other incidental charges made or incurred by guest or any person occupying the room registered to guest. Guest will also be liable for all or any part of such charges if travel agent, tour group, company or other persons indicated on the registration card or that made the arrangements for the guest, fails to make timely payment to the resort.
- Guest agrees to vacate the accommodations assigned on the departure date shown on the registration card, unless the extension of time is given in writing by the resort management. If guest fails to vacate, the resort is authorized by guest to remove any property within the guest room. Guest hereby releases the resort from any liability in connection with such removal.
- The resort’s liability for loss of guest property, including cash, jewelry, airline tickets, valuables or other personal property is limited by Hawaii’s Innkeeper law, a copy of which is available at the front desk. If the guest’s resort room contains a security safe, the resort will not be responsible for the loss of any cash, jewelry or other valuables sustained by the guest or anyone occupying the guest’s room. If the guest’s room does not contain a security safe, safety of personal items is solely the guest’s responsibility.
- Only Registered guests or persons authorized by the resort management are allowed in resort rooms. All others are subject to eviction.
- The guest agrees to abide by the House Rules of the Association of Apartment Owners or the resort condominium.
- All rates are subject to Hawaii State Excise Tax and Hawaii State TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS Tax.
- Guest shall supply the resort with such credit information or payment deposits, as may be requested by the resort management upon registration and from time to time. Guests failing to provide such credit information or deposits when requested by the resort management will be subject to eviction, or not allowed entry.
- Guest will be responsible for any damages to the room and/or any other damages caused to the resort property, which are incurred during the guest stay. The resort may require immediate payment of a deposit for the estimated amount of such damages.
- Domestic, Physical or Noise Disturbances to other guests to the property and/or staff will result in immediate eviction.
- No pets are allowed. Service Animals as defined by ADA are permitted and shall be registered with the Association office.
- Please adhere to the posted pool rules.
- No motorcycles, mopeds, or skateboards allowed on property.
- No placement of towels, bathing suits, or any items on lanai railings at any time.
- Avoid excessive noise of any type at any time. Consider other residents at all times. Building quiet times are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
