Check in procedure
Check in starts at 4 pm. Obtain a parking permit from the resort’s bellman when you arrive. The permit should be visible through your car's windshield. Vehicles without permits may be towed. Studio, 1 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom suites allow 1 vehicle per unit. 3 Bedroom suites allow up to 2 vehicles per unit.

The resort has gas barbecues located around the pools for your convenience. Barbecue use is permitted until 8:00 pm. Charcoal barbecues are not permitted.

電気を節約するため、ベランダのドアが1時間以上開いたままになっていると、エアコンは自動的にオフになります。2分です。ユニットを離れる前に照明とテレビを消してください。ユニットを離れる前にカーテンを閉めてください。午後はユニットを涼しく保つためカーテンを閉めてください。

Linen
Please do not leave linen outside your unit door in the hallway. Please dial “0” and request housekeeping to pick it up.

禁煙 Policy
Hawaii Act 295 prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. The law also prohibits smoking within 20 feet of any entrances, exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes that serve an enclosed or partially enclosed area that is open to the public. Out of concern for all of our employees, guests and owners, all OUTRIGGER® Resorts & Hotels properties have been designated as Non-Smoking Accommodations. Persons who smoke or permit smoking in a Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER® unit or on the unit’s lanai area will be assessed a Smoke Eradication Fee up to $450, depending on unit size, at or following check-out.

Hawaii's warm, humid climate attracts pests. To help keep them away, pest control is done regularly.

リゾートの3エーカーのプール、5つのホットタブ、ウォータースライダー、滝のアクアティックネットワークは、8 :00午前 -10 :00午後、水上プールスライドは毎日午後から営業しています。9 :00午前 -5 :00午後10時（天候によります）。プール/ビーチタオルはアクアラニウォータースポーツセンターで受け取ることができます。8 :00午前 -5 :00午後および営業時間外はフロントデスクまでご連絡ください。お子様をプールやビーチに一人で行かせないでください。

廊下のユニットドアの外にゴミを放置しないでください。ゴミシュートは、ユニット名の末尾が「22 " または "32 「」とダイヤルすることもできます。0 」と書いてゴミ回収を依頼します。
