Check out time is 11:00 am. Upon check-out, please ensure you have all your belongings. Housekeeping will take care of cleaning the unit and washing all linens/towels after your departure.

Save time by leaving your unit keys on the kitchen counter. Be sure to call the Guest Reception Office, 808-886-0036, just before your departure. Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you are leaving before 9:00 am, please call the Guest Reception Office and leave your name, unit number and departure time.

Two (2) unit keys and one (1) pool key are issued at check-in. Additional keys will be issued upon request. A fee of $100 US will be charged for each missing pool key and a fee of $100 US will be charged for a missing unit key. There will be no refund for keys mailed back to us after departure.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on property at the Fairway Villas. Persons who smoke or permit smoking inside the unit or on the unit’s lanai area will be assessed a smoke eradication fee up to $1,000 US depending on the unit size at or following check-out. Additional fines will be assessed by the homeowners association to any guests found violating the non-smoking policy.

The nearest post office is in Waikoloa Village. From Hwy. 19, turn right onto Waikoloa Road up the mountain and make the 3rd right once you get to Waikoloa Village. Business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A safe is available at the Guest Reception Office to secure your valuables. The hours of access are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.
