There is no front desk on property.  Guest check-in is at the Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER’s office located at the Kings’ Shops, 69-250 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Suite B13.  Office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm daily.  Guests arriving after 5pm must contact the office prior to arrival at [email protected] or 808-866-0036 to receive important check-in instructions.
