Only master bedroom AC is standard at the Palms and not all units have AC in the living room or second bedroom. If your unit has full AC capabilities and you’d like to unlock the controls to utilize this optional amenity, you may do so for a fee of $10 per day for a one bedroom and $15 for a two bedroom. Please check with the Front Desk for availability.  

Check-out time is 11:00 am.  Prior to departure, please ensure all lights/TV’s etc. Are off, the windows and doors are closed and locked, and rubbish is taken to the bins.  For a late check out, please contact the front desk 48 hours prior to check out date.  Late check-outs are based on availability and subject to a charge.  If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the front desk until 4:00 pm. 

This unit was freshly cleaned prior to your arrival. Please contact the Front Desk if you would like to order additional services. No daily maid service. 

There is ample free parking for your convenience. Please park in the stall marked with your unit number. Your visitors may park in unmarked stalls only.  

Medical care is available within the area. Contact the front desk for more information.  

Bins are located throughout the property. Please see the map for locations closest to your unit.  

Check-in time is 3:00 pm 

Unfortunately, OUTRIGGER does not have cribs or pack n plays however we do refer our guests to utilize Baby’s Away website below for rentals: https://babysaway.com/locations/maui-hi/. They can deliver and pick up and guests pay them directly for the service. 

Palms at Wailea House Rules & Regulations 

 

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following explanation taken from our house rules. Some are commonly overlooked causing unintentional violations. 

Laundry, Dry Cleaning, and Other Items. Textile items, including towels, bathing apparel and clothing; brooms, mops, cartons, and other similar items shall not be placed on lanais or within passages. No dry cleaning or other items shall be placed on lanais or within passages. No dry cleaning or other items shall be allowed to remain in view at the front entrances of apartmentsホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょう 

  

Prohibition of Throwing Objects from Buildings. Nothing shall be thrown or permitted to be thrown from lanais, windows, or other facades of the buildingsホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょう Cigarettes and matches, specifically, are a fire hazardホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょう The throwing of firecrackers from the lanais or windows and the explosion of any fireworks anywhere on the grounds of the project or within the buildings are expressly prohibited 

Trash Disposal. Garbage, rubbish, and other trash shall be disposed of only in receptacles and areas provided therefore. Trash containing food shall be securely wrapped before being placed in a receptacle; cardboard boxes shall be broken flat. Receptacles shall not be used for construction materials or for rubbish generated off the project. 

  

Garbage Disposals. Kitchen garbage disposals shall be utilized for disposing of soft food waste only. All other wastes shall be placed in the designated refuse areasホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょう 

  

Barbecuing. No fires nor open flames shall be permitted on any apartment lanai or elsewhere in the Project, other than in a self-contained gas or electric barbecue, while attended and in use for cooking purposes. 

 

Rules for the Pool 

Residents and guests may use the pool between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. 

  

  • Anyone entering the pool is required to shower first. Bathers who leave the pool to use the toilet must shower again before re-entering. 
  • Persons with infectious or communicable diseases are not permitted in the pool. 
  • Persons having open wounds are advised not to use the pool due to possible infection(s)ホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょう 
  • Spitting, spouting of water or blowing your nose is strictly prohibited. 
  • Infants and toddlers are required to use swim diapersホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょう 
  • In the event of any human discharge, the pool shall be immediately closed for cleaning and    shall remain closed until quality standards are met.

  • Children less than 12 years of age must at all times be under the supervision of an adult. One adult may not be supervising more than 4 children at one time. 
  • Food, alcoholic beverages, glass or other breakable material, toys, projectiles, inflatable mats, tubes (except for infant use), scuba equipment or similar items are prohibited. 
  • Use of radios or stereos is permitted with headphones only. 
  • Running, jumping or diving off walls into the pool, loud games such as Marco Polo, excessive noise, excessive splashing, and horseplay are prohibited. 
  • Persons using the pool, adjacent areas, or spa must be dressed in proper bathing attire. No topless or nude swimming or sunbathing is permitted. 
  • Intoxicated persons are not permitted in the pool area. 
  • The clubhouse and pool area are non-smoking areas. 
  • The introduction of sand, rocks, or other similar foreign matter into the pool that could result in pool pump malfunction is prohibited. 
  • Anyone violating the above rules may be asked by the Managing Agent or other employee or representative of the Board or Association to leave the pool or adjacent area. 

  

Rules for Parking Areas 

Reserved Stalls. Each apartment has the exclusive right to use an appurtenant uncovered parking stall in the Project. Other residents and guests must not use any such reserved parking stall at any time without prior permission of the owner, resident or guest who has the exclusive right to use such stallホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょう 

  

Common Guest Stalls. Additional uncovered parking stalls located in the Project are available for use by all residents and guests of apartments on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  

Violations. Violators of parking regulations shall have their cars towed away at their own expense. 

  

Responsibility for Damage. Damage to cars and other objects or to the common elements shall be the responsibility of the person causing the damage. 

   

Noise and Nuisances 

  • Residents and other occupants of the apartments and their employees shall avoid unreasonably excessive noise of any kind at any time. 
  • Residents and other occupants of the apartments shall hold their front door so as to avoid it slamming due to the wind. 
  • No workmen will be allowed in any buildings before 8:00 aホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょうメートルホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょう or aftえー 7:00 pホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょうm., except in an emergencyホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょう 
  • Radios, TV's, Stereos, etc., in the apartments must be played at a reduced volume after 10:00 p.mホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょう and before 8:00 a.m.  
  • When guests of any apartment are leaving at night or before 8:00 aホテル内で個性豊かなワイキキの人気店の味を楽しみましょうm., noise must be kept at a minimum. 

Since Hawaii has a tropical climate, pests may be present due to the warm, humid weather. Please do not leave food out on the counter. We retain a professional pest control service to ensure your comfort. Should you have a problem, please contact the front desk. 

Please lock your unit when leaving even for short periods and when retiring for the night. Also, remember to lock your rental car doors. Between 11:00 pm and 12:00 am, security performs a flashlight patrol of ground floor lanai doors and windows. If lanai doors or windows are left open, security will advise occupants to close and lock these areas. Call 808-268-2169 for on-site security.  

A safe is located in each unit to protect your valuables. Under Hawaii State law, we are not legally responsible for valuables left in your room.
